Appraisal Independence Through Business Controls
Our flagship offering is AIMS, an acronym for Appraisal Independence Management System. AIMS enables lenders to maintain direct relationships with appraisers while ensuring compliance with appraisal independence standards. The platform is a direct engagement model, empowering lenders to configure their uniquely elected business controls rooted in appraiser competency to perform appraiser selection and approval criteria.
Workflow Optimization
The platform acts as a collateral valuation workflow framework, helping lenders:
  • Optimize loan quality control through configurable business rules.
  • Automate and document enforcement of internal policies.
  • Track and audit changes to appraiser lists and competency approvals.
Transparency and Documentation
AIMS generates subject-property-specific appraisal independence certificates, documenting every step of the appraisal request cycle (ARC), which enhances transparency and regulatory compliance.
Geographic and Competency Matching
Appraiser selection is guided by geographic competency metrics and residence type expertise, ensuring that appraisers are well-qualified for each assignment.
Real-Time Updates and Integration
Appraisers provide real-time updates to the origination network, improving visibility and coordination across stakeholders. Brokers benefit from a single account to manage interactions with multiple lenders.
Cost Efficiency and Licensing
AIMS uses a transaction-based licensing model, aligning costs with actual usage. Appraisers are not charged to receive assignments or update their profiles, supporting broader participation and fairness.
Regulatory and GSE Compliance
The system is built to comply with federal and state regulations, and GSE overlays, helping lenders stay aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.

AIMS helps lenders regain control of lender-specified policies. It also provides a new level of efficiency, transparency, and quality control that will increase investor confidence in collateral valuations. Finally, the system’s flexibility promotes quicker adoption of features to address emerging regulatory demands in the future.
