Welcome to the new era of Collateral Assurance Services embracing AI, MISMO, Digital Data Exchange, eMortgage and mixed roles (e.g. Data Collector) in Appraisals and Collateral Valuation. We have been hardening AIMS processes to reinforce the core structures to support all of the transformations ahead.
It is an exciting time! AIMS is already reaching into the new era by ushering in the UAD 3.6 Modernized Appraisal limited production period. We are collaborating with the GSEs and an early Limited Production lender to take full advantage of the Limited Production period. As soon as the Appraisers are technically equipped to produce the appraisal, Lenders using AIMS will be able to ramp up UAD 3.6 appraisal assignments at their own pace, while also maintaining their non-UAD 3.6 appraisals within the same pipeline.
In a readiness position, we’ve also integrated ShieldHub’s monitored background checks into AIMS, so appraisers and Data Collectors can link their AIMS profiles to their ShieldHub account to share their background check, and ShieldScore with their clients and prospects. The ShieldScore provides a quantitative element used by lenders to trigger the lenders policies, potentially leading to individual assessments when a ShieldScore change occurs.
Our Microsoft Partner status give our team deep access to Microsoft’s AI Foundry and Technical resources to assure data security wile opening the door to lenders interested in gaining institutional intelligence through AI assisted processes.
The future will look radically different in two years. Let's shape it today through collaboration and metered steps to realize that transformed future.
