Welcome to the new era of Collateral Assurance Services. AIMS is purpose-built for a rapidly evolving valuation ecosystem—one shaped by AI, MISMO standards, digital data exchange, eMortgage, and emerging mixed roles such as Data Collectors.
Prior to the September 8 UAD 3.6 effective date, we had been strengthening AIMS’ core process architecture to support what’s next: scalable modernization, operational resilience, and secure innovation. As the industry prepares for GSE appraisals to convert to only UAD 3.6 based reporting, we continue to enhance the core UAD 3.6 workflow within AIMS.
Appraisers who are ready, willing, and able to produce UAD 3.6 appraisals can attest directly within their AIMS profiles. Lenders can then ramp UAD 3.6 assignments at their own pace—while seamlessly continuing non‑UAD 3.6 appraisals within the same production pipeline.
As a Microsoft Partner, AIMS benefits from deep access to Microsoft’s AI and Cloud technical resources—reinforcing enterprise-grade data security while enabling lenders to unlock new efficiencies and institutional intelligence through AI‑assisted processes.
AIMSdashboard™ is also a Coordinating Infrastructure Participant in the UAD 3.6 Production Incubation Cohort initiative helping an initial nine regional cohorts process UAD 3.6 appraisal cycles to collectively generate practical insight into the new normalized UAD 3.6 valuation marketplace. Developed through close collaboration with the GSEs, lenders, appraisers, AMCs, and technology partners, the Cohort initiative ecosystem participants are driving scale readiness ahead of the GSE mandatory date of November 2 (with orders beginning in October).
The future of collateral valuation will look radically different within the next two years. Let’s shape it now—through collaboration, discipline, and deliberate steps forward.
AIMSdashboard™ provides cross-community tools for lenders to ensure Appraisal Independence regulations and requirements are met without compromising appraisal quality. AIMS enables lenders to create an operational workflow network with Loan Officers, Third-Party Originating (TPO) partners, and Appraisers. Proactive appraisal independence audit documentation actively demonstrates conformity to evolving Appraisal Independence Standards (including TILA, AIR-FNMA, AIR-FHLMC, NCUA, FDIC, FHA, FFIEC, and USPAP).
AIMS is a complete Web-based appraisal independence workflow software system. Software-based, Lender configured selection settings include approvals, exclusions, competencies, and characteristics of the assignment. Lender and appraiser pipeline tools help to triage inflight assignments and to instantly access the appraisal files upon delivery. Organization specific user types and business unit associations foster delegated access.
AIMS returns business controls to the lender. Appraisal Independence conforming to UAD 3.6, TILA, AIR-FNMA, AIR-FHLMC, FFIEC, USPAP, FDIC, NCUA and FHA, and evolving collateral assurance services independence standards. AIMS Independence Certificate “tells the story” of the appraisal request cycle highlighting chain of custody and context. As Data Collectors and PDRs enter the workflow, AIMS will continue to promote competency first business controls to help deepen the business relationships of collateral assurance services professionals and lenders.
AIMS is an Appraisal Operations SaaS Platform lenders use to administer competency driven direct appraiser engagement for residential collateral valuations fulfilling contemporary requirements like UAD 3.6 and monitored background checks while evolving into an AI enabled multivendor type operations administration platform.
AIMS supports non-UAD 3.6 workflows and is designed to embrace the massive transformations occurring in the industry.
